It’s Day 23, and today we’re spreading some Seasons Greetings. This ink is a lovely bluish-green, blending the two colours together in a harmonious way, making it a perfect addition to the holiday season. It’s vibrant, yet calm, and a nice balance between the two tones—although, Holly still holds the crown for me!

Today’s Colour: Seasons Greetings
A soft, balanced fusion of blue and green that works well for all kinds of holiday-themed writing. It’s cooler than Holly, but still gives that cheerful vibe, a reminder of crisp winter mornings and frosty nights. If you’re into that blend of cool tones, this one’s a keeper!

Testing the Ink
Dominant Industry Ink Muddler (glass nib): The Muddler laid down a smooth and clean line with Seasons Greetings, and it really showed off that bluish-green mix. No issues with flow, and the ink spread evenly across the paper.

Sailor Hocoro (medium nib): The medium nib gave a fine line with excellent consistency, showcasing the cool tones of the ink without too much fade. It’s a crisp, clean ink that works for any occasion, though not as rich as some other hues we’ve seen.

Kakimori brass nib: The Kakimori started out a little thick today, possibly due to me applying a little extra pressure, but once the flow settled, the ink showed its true beauty. It handled this ink effortlessly, and the swatch came out rich and blended nicely.

Final Thoughts
Seasons Greetings is a delightful blend, but in comparison to Holly, it doesn’t have quite the same level of vibrancy. That said, it’s still a fantastic ink for the holidays, and it pairs well with Holly for anyone who enjoys that bluish-green family. If you’re looking for something with a bit more pop, you may lean toward Holly, but this one definitely holds its own.
